Born and raised in the suburbs of Chicago, Tim has spent the last 13 years in Chicago’s post production scene. During his time he's worked with such brands as McDonald's, Dove, Sprint and Budweiser to television networks such as OWN, HGTV, Lifetime and A&E.
In 2003 Tim was hired into one of Chicago’s leading commercial post houses, Optimus. Working under one of Optimus’s lead editors helped pave the way for things to come.
In 2006 Tim made the transition from television commercials to broadcast television at Harpo Studios working on The Oprah Winfrey Show. During his 6 years at Harpo he was able to work on shows that gained worldwide attention. From shutting down Michigan Avenue in Chicago to spending 2 weeks down under in Australia, the scope of work he was able to experience is unmatched. Along with The Oprah Winfrey Show, Tim also worked Oprah Winfrey’s Leadership Academy Special, Oprah’s The Big Give reality game show, The Rosie Show and The Rosie Reality Show.
In 2012 Tim joined forces with some former Oprah Winfrey Show senior producers to launch New Chapter Entertainment, a company specializing in reality television and corporate and branded entertainment. He managed and oversaw everything post production. He was the Lead Editor on 5 network television specials. Tim also cut multiple major network pitch tapes for show pilots. From sizzle reels for major networks to branded content for clients such as Nielsen, Budweiser and Stella, Tim has been able to tackle a wide variety content.
In 2015, after working in staff positions his entire working career Tim has decided to give the freelance world a shot. From Branded content to Broadcast Television, Tim is ready and prepared to take on whatever project you have!
